Choose to Unfold with Bev.
First session is on me. Book below.
It takes courage to sit with yourself. Let's do it together.
You are brilliant at holding everything together. The job. The family. The plans. The feelings you'll 'deal with later.'
But later keeps not coming. And that thing you've been meaning to think about? It's still there, still waiting, still quietly taking up space.
You are the one thing on your list you never get to.
Unfold with Bev is a weekly, women only online session where you finally get to. Through writing, a short presencing practice, and the option to share your experience in confidence, you will surface what matters — and start to unfold.
You don't need to know how to journal. You don't need to have it together. You just need one hour and the willingness to show up for yourself.
Less than an hour.
More than you'd expect.

I welcome you in. We start on time because your time is precious — there is no recap for latecomers.

Share (if you want to)
Confidential space to voice your experience. Never required. Always held with care and confidentiality.
Unfolding at 8pm on Thursday wasn't a random choice.
Let me tell you why.
I hear it a lot: 'I'd love to, but Thursday evenings are tricky.' I understand. And I say this with love: every evening is tricky when you're someone who gives everything to everyone else first.
There is no convenient time to invest in yourself. There is only the decision to do it.
I chose Thursday on purpose. Thursday sits at the edge of the week — the moment before the exhale. When you give yourself one hour on a Thursday evening, you step into Friday differently. Clearer. Lighter. More like the version of yourself your future self is proud of.
8pm because the day is done. The emails can wait. Your mind is ready to slow down — and this gives it somewhere intentional to land.

What women say in their own words.
““Bev’s sessions helped me slow down and provide clarity to my thoughts and feelings. The prompts are simple but powerful. It made me feel lighter, more focused and motivated.””
““I feel reflective and fizzy.””
““It’s been thought provoking and eye opening. I am growing.””
““Bev’s sessions have helped me stay grounded and clear in my thoughts during times of vulnerability. They have been my safe space and a source of new, creative ideas.””
The person who decides to show up on Thursday is already becoming someone different.
That's not a promise about the session. That's a truth about the decision.

Absolutely not — and that is exactly the point. Many of the women who get the most from these sessions are the ones who told themselves they couldn't journal. Bev will show you otherwise.
-
Never. What you write is yours. The option to share at the end is always there if you feel called to it — and it is always held in complete confidence. Come as you are, share as much or as little as feels right. It is always a choice. You can be completely silent and that is a completely whole way to participate.
-
You join when you can. There is no obligation and no guilt if life gets in the way. But I want to be honest with you: the women who come consistently are the ones who tell me these sessions have changed something. Not because they had more time — but because they decided their hour mattered. If Thursday at 8pm is regularly impossible, I'd gently ask you to sit with why. Is it genuinely the diary? Or is it the quieter story that your time — and you — come last? Because that's exactly what we explore in the room.
-
Turn up as you are. Bring something to write with — a pad and pen, your phone, your laptop, whatever works. If you can, be open and curious and just see what happens. Pay attention to your surroundings: a favourite space, a candle, music in the background before we start. The space you place yourself in matters.
-
This is what Bev feels called to right now. Nothing more, nothing less. It is simply the space she is here to hold.
